My background started in sports and music. When I was 13, I went to visit a friend to see his drum set. I found my instrument for life after just one sitting. After playing soccer for 10 years (year round), my mind and body needed a change. Who knew I would've found it in the classroom.
My cinema epiphany moment came during my senior year of high school when I enrolled in a film and literature class. I have been hooked ever since. After joining DePaul's Digital Cinema program, I quickly found my interest to be in sound (thanks to the enthusiasm of Dave Stone and Vanessa Ament). It felt like the natural fit since music is integrated with post-production sound. Here I am, still going strong.
After my time at DePaul, I worked on numerous projects ranging from shooting overseas in Europe to recording audio for stand-up comics at Zaines Comedy Club. Download my resume to see what I've worked on.
In the little spare time I possess, I still enjoy playing drums. I have also found an interest in graphic/web design. As a result, I created this site. I hope you enjoy.
